Chloe Berger is a reporter on Fortune's Success team. She developed her understanding of employee rights and strategies for retaining new talent while working at the New York City Employment and Training Coalition. Chloe graduated from Kenyon College and covered local stories of business owners and entrepreneurs while working at the Office of Community Partnerships.
